About Us

The owners of 1st Alarm Security, Jeff Reynolds and Matt Bowman are both NEPA natives. Jeff has been working for 1st Alarm Security for 25 years. During which time he started out as a technician and later expanded his experience to sales and commercial project manager. He manages jobs such as nursing facilities, hotels, restaurants, and manufacturing facilities. He went on to become co-owner of 1st Alarm Security in 2003. Matt Bowman has been with 1st Alarm Security since 2000. Utilizing his degree in marketing from Penn State, he started out in sales and eventually went on to become co-owner of 1st Alarm Security in 2003. 

Over the past 22 years Matt has done both Commercial and Residential sales, installations, and service Since owning the company Matt and Jeff have expanded the business to purchase three other companies. These purchases have added to the customer base and have expanded 1st Alarm's footprint to also include New York and New Jersey, in addition to Pennsylvania.
